What you're buying

Digital training programs, delivered as PDF downloads immediately after purchase through Payhip. You'll receive a download link by email, and your files remain available in your Payhip account.

Refunds

Digital products are final sale. That's exactly why the free arm day and the free previews exist — you can see how every program is written, formatted, and coached before spending anything. If a delivery genuinely fails, email us and we'll make it right.

Your license

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license. Print it, mark it up, run it forever — but don't redistribute, resell, or share the files. Every program is the product of real work; treat it like you'd want yours treated.

Health disclaimer

Hannabolics programs are self-guided training resources, not medical advice, and buying one doesn't create a coach-client relationship. Consult a physician before starting any new training program, and train within your own limits. You are responsible for your own safety in the gym.
