About

Stronger every block.

I started writing my training down because I wanted proof — proof that the work was adding up, that the numbers were moving, that showing up was worth it. Years later, those notebooks became programs, and the programs became something worth sharing.

I lift, I run, and I train for both — and I believe progress belongs to anyone willing to follow a plan. The programs I sell are the ones I run myself: structured, tested block after block, and written clearly enough that you can take them and grow with them.

Everything is self-guided, and that's intentional. You're more capable than you think, and a good plan proves it: you bring the effort, the program brings the structure, and growth lives where the two meet.

Gym-raised, and still chasing the next PR.

How I program

Why these plans actually work.

Structure over motivation

Every block is periodized — accumulate, deload, intensify, peak. You don't need to feel motivated. You need to follow the next line, and the plan carries the rest.

Autoregulated by RPE

Loads meet you where you are. Training to RPE, not fixed percentages, means the same program works on your first serious block and your tenth.

Written to be repeated

These aren't 30-day challenges. They're blocks you run, learn from, and run again — progress you can actually measure, season after season.

Everything I sell, I've run myself — tested block after block before it ever ships. No theory, no filler, no plan I wouldn't follow on my own worst week.
