Every Hannabolics program is built on the same five principles. Learn them once and you understand the whole System — why the sessions look the way they do, and why they keep working when other plans stall.

Structure over motivation

The plan doesn't care how you feel. Every session is written before you walk in, so showing up is the only decision you have to make. Discipline isn't a mood you summon — it's a system you follow.

Autoregulate with RPE

Effort is scaled to the day, not to a fixed percentage. Training by RPE means a strong week and a flat week both land where they should — so the same block keeps working when life doesn't cooperate.

Overload on purpose

Progress is periodized, never random. You accumulate hard work, deload to let adaptation surface, intensify, then peak. You push and back off by design — that's how you keep progressing long after linear gains stop.

Repeat the block

Novelty is a tax. You own every block forever and run it again, beating your own numbers. A well-built plan repeated is what changes your body — not a new routine every three weeks.

Fuel the work

Training is the stimulus; food and sleep are the build. Recovery is programmed, not left to willpower or chance. Eat and rest to support the work, and the work actually shows up.
